We are one of those little organizations you spoke of. In fact tommorrow morning I head into Des Moines into the heart of the Republican Iowa State headquarters to conduct business as one of the State Rules committee members! We were met with some resistance, but I was not afraid to stand up and tell them that we are the reality check to the party and we are like the golden gate bridge on a foggy Monday morning, hard to see, but if they just stop for a moment and pay attention, they can start to see the bridge to the 50% of the population that is waiting for REAL change in government. We are slowly changing the hearts and minds of the party members as they begin to realize we represent a real conservative foundational wing of the party that will be around long after they lose every seat in government. They continue dressing up like Democrates because they're too afraid to stand up and say NO to big government and yes to principled policy change. I have to remind them if it was easy and didn't require courage we wouldn't have this problem right now. We are now on the yellow brick road much like Dorothy in the wizard of oz. We have Ron Paul with the brains, we have the heart to push our movement, now we just need the rest already in the ranks of the party to get their courage and become Lions instead of being lambs. Once we have our team we can expose the little man behind the curtain to the rest of the world. Isn't the wizard of oz great...lol ok, well no fight is too small to fight. Without a voice, your not really there.
